Smile Carnegie Sibanda
CEO
Smile Carnegie Sibanda is the CEO. He commenced his career as a trainee accountant with City of Harare. Subsequently he joined City of Bulawayo as a Principal Accountant responsible for projects. He has vast experience in the public sector accounting and auditing. Thereafter he changed his career into auditing, a move that made him join National University of Science & Technology as a Chief Internal Auditor.
Subsequently he joined Lupane State University as a Finance Director, the position he still holds. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree (UZ) and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) (NUST). He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Forensic Auditors (AIFA).
His responsibilities amongst other things are:
- Creating, communicating and implementing the organization’s vision, mission and overall direction. Leading the development and implementation of the overall organization’s strategy
- Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plan
- Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives
Nyasha Chiduwa
Managing Director
Nyasha Chiduwa is the Managing Director of the company. He started his career with the Ministry of Education as a Secondary School Teacher. He then joined the Ministry of Finance, Department of Taxes as a Tax Officer. Thereafter he joined the Insurance Industry as an Underwriter. Currently, he is the Managing Director of a Security company with a staff compliment of over fifty. He is also an Insurance Consultant with various insurance companies in and out of the country.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies, CIS, Certificate in Security Practice and Management; COP short and long term insurance, and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management with the National University of Science and Technology.
His responsibilities amongst other things are:
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Ensure excellent reputation in the industry through a high standard of service and good quality of products provided
- Both long and short term planning of business strategies
Gracious Mutsindikwa
Marketing Director
Gracious Mutsindikwa is the Marketing Director; she commenced her career with Portland Holdings then later on joined BancABC Bank as an Exports Consultancy in the International department.
She is a shrewd and dynamic businesswoman.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honor’s Degree in Banking from the National University of Science and Technology.
Her responsibilities amongst other things are:
- Marketing management including cultivating good customer relationship
- Business development and marketing (carry out field visits and market survey)
- Liaising with clients, competitors and to ensure overall product satisfaction
Jeffry Sibanda
Human Resources
Jeffry Sibanda is the Human Resources Consultant; he commenced his career with Maunga Projects in South Africa as a Human Resources Assistant for 2 years, then later on joined Gallant Insurance Brokers as a Human Resources Manager.
Through his experience, he has received excellent performance evaluations from organizations for the contributions towards each department.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Business Management from the National University of Science and Technology.
His responsibilities amongst other things are:
- Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
- Building relationship with employer’s and job seekers
- Getting vacancy details from employers
Bekithemba Ndiweni
Marketing Manager
Bekithemba Ndiweni is the Marketing Manager; he commenced his career with the Ministry of Education as a secondary school teacher. He then joined the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Infrastructural Development- Roads Department. Later, he went on and joined the Bulawayo City Council as a Human Resources Assistant.
Having learned all crucial marketing skills coupled with a keen interest in marketing, Bekithemba is set to excel in this environment.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management with the National University of Science and Technology.
His responsibilities amongst other things are:
- Research and reporting on external opportunities.
- Instilling a marketing led ethnos throughout the business.
- Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management).
Sibonokuhle Sibanda
Human Resources Consultant
Sibonokuhle Sibanda is the Human Resources Consultant; she commenced her career with Econet Wireless (Pvt) Ltd Zimbabwe as a Human Resources business partner assistant, and then later joined GMS Holdings as a Human Resources consultant.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management with the National University of Science and Technology
Her responsibilities amongst other things are:
- Handling of labour relations within the organisation.
- Oversees Human resources administration within the organisation.
- Implements the Human resources strategy in close cooperation with line managers.
